Shipping options are standard and set up using USPS and/or FED-EX. Shipping is based on product weight and distance.

We accept all major credit cards at our Online Store. Sorry, we do not participate with PayPal.

Our online orders are generally filled and shipped within 36 hours of processing. This timeframe allows us to fill all orders and accommodates for Sunday’s and or Holidays. Should there be any issue causing delay of your order shipping, we will contact you via email and inform you.

***RETURN POLICY/CLASS POLICY*** All sewing machines, cut fabric, fabric kits, luggage, patterns, thread, notions and books are final sale. No refund on classes or events unless cancelled by Decorative Stitch.  There will be NO refunds on classes/events by Guest Instructors at Decorative Stitch unless the event is cancelled by Decorative Stitch. Decorative Stitch does not ship damaged merchandise, if merchandise is damaged during shipping please immediately contact shipping company and file required reports. Please save all packaging and shipping materials for inspection by shipper. Please contact Decorative Stitch after reports have been made.
